How do I follow a forekaster?
Open their profile by tapping their handle anywhere in the feed and tap "Follow". You'll see their new posts in your timeline.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Settings → Manage subscriptions. iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple — you'll be redirected to the App Store subscriptions page.
Why didn't I receive a position alert?
Check Settings → Notifications → push permissions are granted. Alerts only fire when the underlying market crosses a threshold; if the price doesn't move, no alert is sent.
How do I report content that violates the rules?
Tap the "•••" menu on any post and select Report. We review every report within 24h and take action when content violates our Community Guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. We require typing your handle to confirm, then permanently remove your data. You can also export everything first via Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data (GDPR Art. 20).
Why does the app show prediction-market prices? Is this gambling?
Forekast displays prices from licensed prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi). We don't take wagers and never custody funds. Trades happen on the underlying venue, not on Forekast. We may earn a referral fee when you click through to operate; this never changes the price you see.
I'm a creator — when do payouts arrive?
Stripe Connect runs on a rolling schedule (typically 7 days from when the customer's subscription clears). You can see exact next-payout dates in Settings → Payouts.
I think I was charged twice / I want a refund.
Email [email protected] with the subscription dates and the venue (Apple, Google, or Stripe). Apple/Google refunds go through their store; Stripe refunds we process directly.
Reporting content
Forekast is a community where creators share calls and analysis. We remove content that violates our Terms of Service — including spam, harassment, illegal content, and manipulation of prediction markets. To report a post, tap the "•••" menu inside the app or email [email protected] with the post URL.
